Refund Policy & Return Policy
We offer a voluntary 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is a goodwill policy offered in addition to your statutory rights.
To be eligible for a voluntary return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached and in its original product packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@sipford.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are excluded from our voluntary return policy, including sale items and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.
